Who is Pack for?
Pack is for any company that values clear metrics, team development, and shared success. It adapts across industries—from mattress stores and other retailers to service businesses—with metrics, goals, training, and terminology tailored to your company. Choose what success looks like for your team and turn on the features that support it.
Do staff have to enter their stats twice for a game?
No. Eligible activity from their shift updates feeds competitions automatically. Managers can review and correct entries when needed.
Do we have to use every feature?
No. Choose your company’s metrics and enable customer follow-through and rewards where they are useful.
How does my company get started?
Request a demo or register your company. After email verification and approval, your owner can set up locations, managers, and staff.
Can other companies see our information?
Company workspaces are separate. Access follows roles and location assignments, and manager feedback stays private to the employee and authorized management.
Can we use Pack on our phones?
Yes. Use Pack in your browser on desktop or mobile, or add it to your phone’s Home Screen.
